Summer term is here and that can only mean the start of the sports day events! Sports days have got even more competitive over the years, now it’s not only the children going for gold but many parents too in the adult race!
With our British weather being temperamental at best, you never know if you will suffer from heat exhaustion or frost bite! While we keep our fingers crossed for good weather we need to think about how to enjoy the event safely.
